Heidi Williams is the President & CEO of Civic Results, a Colorado-based nonprofit dedicated to building stronger, more connected communities. As part of her role with Civic Results, Heidi is also the Executive Director of the Metro Mayors Caucus, a coalition of 38 mayors across the Denver metropolitan region who work together on shared challenges such as housing, transportation, sustainability, and community vitality.
A lifelong community builder and collaborator, Heidi has devoted her career to bringing people together across boundaries to solve problems and strengthen neighborhoods. She previously served as Mayor of Thornton, Colorado, where she focused on inclusive leadership and partnerships that improved quality of life for residents.
Heidi is also the co-founder of Food for Hope, a nonprofit that provides healthy meals to children in need, and serves on the boards of Almost Home and the Front Range Community College Foundation.
Rooted in faith and family, Heidi is active in her church’s Women’s Ministry and Bell Choir, and believes that leadership is most powerful when it’s grounded in empathy, service, and shared purpose—values she brings to every community she serves, locally and globally.

Natalie Impraim is a first-generation child of Ghanaian immigrants, born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, and currently based in Denver, Colorado. She holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minor in German from the University of Arizona. Natalie has built a career rooted in public service and advocacy, with experience spanning the criminal court system and human rights policy, particularly focused on refugees and immigration. She is deeply passionate about human rights, conflict resolution, and sustainable development, with a special interest in work centered on the African continent. A dedicated storyteller, Natalie has contributed to projects that amplify and humanize refugee and immigrant narratives. She is a founding member of GWCE and is committed to work that brings women together and uplifts communities. Outside of her professional life, Natalie is a proud wife and mother who enjoys cooking, traveling, and learning new languages.
