Frequently Asked Questions
- All tickets include full access to the 5-day summit program, including keynote sessions, panel discussions, and wisdom circles, but premium tickets are prioritized and include evening cultural showcases. Premium tickets additionally include daily lunch, refreshments, 3 food truck meal vouchers, reserved seating, and a premium gift bag.
- To preserve the immersive, community-building nature of our summit, we do not offer single-day tickets. This is designed as a cohesive 5-day experience where relationships and understanding build progressively throughout the week.
- While we do not offer refunds, we understand that plans can change. If you cannot attend, please contact us at hello@globalwomenculturalexchange.org at least 30 days before the summit, and we will transfer your registration to the following year’s summit.
- Yes, we offer a limited number of scholarships to ensure accessibility. We have 15 scholarships available: 10 for young women or those experiencing financial hardship, and 5 for stay-at-home mothers. Eligibility is based on financial need. To apply, please email hello@globalwomenculturalexchange.org to request the application link. Note: Scholarship applications can also be submitted through our Grant Program section.
- We welcome interest from talented women and mission-aligned businesses! Please visit our Contact page and use the speaker/performer/vendor inquiry form. Our programming team reviews all submissions and will reach out if there’s a potential fit for this year’s summit.
- We recommend semi-formal to formal attire that makes you feel confident and celebratory. However, we embrace individual expression and cultural attire, wear what honors your heritage and personal style. Most importantly, wear something that allows you to fully participate in workshops and cultural activities. We’re here to connect, not to judge!
- Accessibility is a priority for us. Once we finalize our venue contract (by February 2026), we will update this section with detailed accessibility information, including wheelchair access, seating accommodations, service animal policies, and any other relevant details. Please check back closer to the summit date or contact us directly for the most current information.
- Contact our summit team at hello@globalwomenculturalexchange.org. We typically respond within 2 business days.
